National Times Bureau :- The Delhi Police arrested chairman of the Al Falah University, Javad Ahmad Siddiqui following registration of two FIRs based on a complaint by the University Grants Commission (UGC) after the Delhi blast.  He was produced before a local court, which remanded him to four days of police custody for further interrogation.  The action came after the Enforcement Directorate (ED) had initiated proceedings in the matter.
