Chandigarh (Balwinder Singh)— In a bid to ensure the effective and seamless implementation of the ongoing "Seva Sankalp Abhiyan," the Haryana Government’s Department of Higher Education has appointed nodal officers at both the state and district levels. The announcement was made on Thursday by Haryana Education Minister Mahipal Dhanda. To lead the campaign's overall coordination and operational success across Haryana, the Directorate of Higher Education designated Dr. Dinesh Kumar, the state NCC and NSS officer, as the State Nodal Officer.
