Chandigarh (Balwinder Singh) — Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini announced on Saturday that the state will conduct a month-long civic engagement drive titled "Seva Sankalp Abhiyan" from September 17 to October 17. Organised to commemorate Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 25 years in public life and governance, the initiative is designed to highlight federal welfare programs and align citizens with national development targets under the Viksit Bharat 2047 vision.
