Chandigarh (Gurpreet Singh): Passengers travelling on some of Northern Railway's busiest routes are set to benefit from additional seating capacity as extra air-conditioned coaches have been introduced on select trains for a limited period. The initiative is expected to reduce waiting lists and improve the availability of confirmed tickets during the peak travel season. The temporary augmentation covers five prominent services, including the Jammu Rajdhani Express, Swarna Shatabdi Express, Humsafar Express and other long-distance trains connecting northern India with major destinations.
