Saharanpur (Gurpreet Singh): An Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) Deputy Inspector General (DIG) and his driver were killed, while four others sustained injuries after their vehicle hit a road divider and collided head-on with an oncoming car in Uttar Pradesh’s Saharanpur district.
