ITBP DIG and Driver Killed in Fatal Highway Collision in Saharanpur

Saharanpur (Gurpreet Singh): An Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) Deputy Inspector General (DIG) and his driver were killed, while four others sustained injuries after their vehicle hit a road divider and collided head-on with an oncoming car in Uttar Pradesh’s Saharanpur district. The fatal accident occurred on the Dehradun-Panchkula National Highway within the Sarsawa police station limits as the officer’s vehicle was travelling towards Ambala in Haryana following the completion of a training program in Mussoorie.
