Chandigarh (Balwinder Singh): Haryana Education Minister Mahipal Dhanda has directed administrative officials to prioritize public service, maintain respectful behaviour towards citizens, and resolve grievances with complete transparency and promptness. Chairing the monthly meeting of the District Grievance and Redressal Committee at the Sonipat Mini Secretariat, the Minister emphasized that the primary responsibility of every official is to ensure citizens receive timely justice and relief without unnecessary visits to government offices.
