Sonipat (Balwinder Singh)— Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini announced on Thursday that the Haryana Staff Selection Commission will soon release an official annual recruitment calendar to streamline state employment drives. Speaking during an interactive student dialogue titled “Chhatra Samvad CM Ke Sath” in Sonipat, the Chief Minister confirmed that the upcoming schedule will provide competitive exam aspirants with clear advance timelines regarding applications, examinations, results, and joining schedules across various government cadres.
The interactive event addressed multiple operational aspects of competitive examinations, with the Chief Minister responding directly to student inquiries and suggestions. Responding to queries regarding the Common Eligibility Test, Saini clarified that the unified screening process was implemented to eliminate repetitive preliminary tests and streamline logistics, adding that efforts are underway to refine eligibility frameworks and syllabus clarity. Addressing concerns over technical glitches and examination integrity, the Chief Minister emphasized that strict anti-paper leak legislation enacted by both central and state authorities includes severe criminal penalties and heavy fines to protect candidate merit.
The Haryana Chief Minister also evaluated administrative proposals submitted by participating students, including potential bus pass facilities for coaching commuters, coaching scholarship schemes for economically weaker candidates, and time-bound waiting list notifications for unfilled vacancies. Addressing a request to remove Goods and Services Tax on coaching institute fees, Saini noted that while educational institutions are exempt, commercial coaching tax structures fall under the jurisdiction of the GST Council, promising to present the proposal in his capacity as a council member.
