Chandigarh (Balwinder Singh) — The Haryana Government has officially launched the online application process for the allotment of government residential accommodation located in Chandigarh and Panchkula. Eligible state government employees seeking housing benefits can submit their applications online through the official housing portal.
According to the schedule released by state authorities, the deadline for submitting or updating online applications and filling preference choices under the Out-of-Turn allotment category on medical grounds is August 12, 2026. For all other general and reserved categories, eligible employees must complete their online submissions, profile updates, and housing preference selections by August 24, 2026.
Following the submission phase, a provisional seniority list will be published on the official portal on August 27, 2026. Employees will be permitted to file claims and objections against the provisional list between August 31 and September 2, 2026. The final seniority list will be officially issued on September 14, 2026, with the house allotment process scheduled to commence from September 25, 2026.
State administrative officials advised all applicants to verify and update their employment service details in the Human Resource Management System through their respective department offices prior to completing the housing application. Authorities emphasized that official seniority lists will be generated automatically based on data fetched directly from the HRMS database, warning that post-submission modifications in HRMS data will not be entertained for seniority disputes.
