His family suspected foul play, prompting police to detain several youths for questioning. Veerpal, now deceased, was among those taken into custody, further complicating the case.

Veerpal’s body has been sent to the civil hospital mortuary in Sultanpur Lodhi. Authorities have initiated a formal investigation into the circumstances of his death. Police officials have stated that the matter is being treated with utmost seriousness and all protocols are being followed.

Demand for Justice
The family is demanding a thorough inquiry into the case, seeking accountability for what they describe as custodial misconduct. Whether Veerpal’s death resulted from police brutality or other hidden factors will only be revealed after the ongoing investigation. The administration has promised transparency and swift action.
