Residents can submit their details through a dedicated mobile application or web portal, while field staff will assist those without digital access. During this phase, household listings will be prepared, followed by door-to-door data collection by enumerators from May 15 to June 30. The survey will include 33 questions covering assets, amenities and living conditions.
