Chandigarh, March 30, 2025: The Punjab Government has announced the launch of ‘Aarambh,’ a groundbreaking program designed to actively involve parents in their children's early learning through engaging, play-based activities. Social Security, Women, and Child Development Minister Dr. Baljit Kaur unveiled the initiative, stressing its focus on building a robust educational foundation for young children by nurturing their cognitive, emotional, and social development.
