Chandigarh (Balwinder Singh) —Haryana Health Minister Aarti Singh Rao announced that the state government is committed to providing timely, high-quality, and comprehensive maternal health services to every pregnant woman. To strengthen maternal healthcare and further reduce the maternal mortality rate, the National Health Mission (NHM) Haryana will observe 'Zero Preventable Maternal Death Fortnight' across all districts from July 7 to July 22. The Health Minister directed officials to intensify community outreach to ensure no expectant mother is left without critical antenatal care or institutional delivery services.
