Haryana Minister Shyam Singh Rana Hears 13 Public Complaints In Kaithal, 9 Resolved On The Spot

Chandigarh (Balwinder Singh): Haryana Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Minister Shyam Singh Rana on Tuesday directed officials to treat public grievances seriously and ensure their resolution within the stipulated timeframe. He said complaints concerning citizens should not be allowed to remain pending unnecessarily. Rana issued the directions while chairing a meeting of the District Public Grievances Committee at the Mini Secretariat in Kaithal. A total of 13 complaints were taken up during the meeting, of which nine were resolved on the spot, while officials were directed to take necessary action in the remaining cases.
