Ranchi (Rajeev Sharma): The alleged irregularities in Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) examinations have taken a new turn with the Enforcement Directorate (ED) registering an Enforcement Case Information Report (ECIR), officials said. The development brings the central agency into a controversy that has already drawn scrutiny over claims of wrongdoing in the conduct of JPSC examinations. The registration of an ECIR formally records the ED's decision to examine the matter from the perspective of offences falling within its jurisdiction. The agency can subsequently investigate financial transactions, money trails and other material that may be relevant to suspected proceeds of crime.…
