Chandigarh (Balwinder Singh): Haryana has emerged as the leading state in the implementation of India's new criminal laws, securing the top position on the National New Criminal Laws Dashboard. The achievement reflects the state's growing emphasis on technology-driven policing, digital governance and judicial reforms. The progress was highlighted during the 33rd State Apex Committee (SAC) meeting on the Crime and Criminal Tracking Network & Systems (CCTNS) and Interoperable Criminal Justice System (ICJS), chaired by Haryana Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi.
