Chandigarh (Naval Kishore): A State-level event under Poshan Pakhwada was successfully held at Snehalaya, Maloya, focusing on a “DIY Toy Making Workshop” to encourage early childhood development through creative, low-cost learning tools. The event was graced by Smt. Anuradha S. Chagti, Secretary, Social Welfare, Women and Child Development, Chandigarh Administration, along with Ms. Radhika Singh, Director of the department.
