Former DIG Bhullar moves High Court again, seeks quashing of FIR and stay on probe

Gurpreet Singh :- Former Punjab Police DIG Harcharan Singh Bhullar has once again approached the Punjab and Haryana High Court, challenging the FIR registered against him and seeking immediate relief from the ongoing investigation. In his petition, Bhullar has sought quashing of the FIR, a stay on further investigation and interim protection till the final adjudication of the matter. He contended that the case registered against him was contrary to established legal procedure and had caused serious damage to his reputation.
