New Delhi (Gurpreet Singh): India summoned Pakistan’s Chargé d'Affaires in New Delhi on Wednesday to register a strong diplomatic protest following a mid-sea collision between a Pakistan Navy ship and an Indian Navy warship in international waters. The Ministry of External Affairs termed the episode a direct result of unacceptable and unprofessional conduct by Pakistani naval units.
