Chandigarh (Gurpreet Singh): Cabinet Minister Harbhajan Singh ETO strongly condemned the incident involving an attempt to damage the statue of the architect of the Indian Constitution, Baba Sahib Dr BR Ambedkar, at village Barian Kalan in Hoshiarpur district, and adopted a strict stance against the miscreants responsible for the incident.
