National Times Bureau :- Hisar witnessed a tragic accident on Tuesday as heavy rainfall led to the snapping of an 11,000-volt high-tension wire, which fell on four bike-borne youths. Three of them died on the spot, while one sustained serious injuries. According to initial reports, the victims, identified as Bunty, Rajkumar, and Amit, were residents of Sulkhani village.
