Chandigarh (Balwinder Singh): Haryana Public Health Engineering and Public Works Minister Ranbir Singh Gangwa stated that the primary objective of celebrating the birth anniversaries of great personalities is to internalize their ideals and progress along the path they demonstrated. Speaking as the chief guest at the Guru Daksh Prajapati Jayanti celebrations organized by the Prajapati community at Guru Daksh Prajapati Dharamshala in Kurukshetra, the minister emphasized that such commemorative events help younger generations stay connected with their cultural heritage, values, and history while drawing inspiration for their future.
Prior to the main ceremony, Minister Gangwa laid the foundation stone for an educational institute being constructed by the Prajapati Sabha on Dhand Road and announced a financial grant of 2.1 million rupees for the Prajapati Sabha Kurukshetra. Highlighting the transformative power of learning, he emphasized that education remains the most effective medium for social advancement. He noted that the establishment of new educational facilities will offer local youth access to higher education and open up fresh employment opportunities, reinforcing the government’s commitment to uplifting every section of society through social and educational institutions.
Addressing the gathering on societal values, Gangwa urged the community to maintain a strong work ethic, build a safe environment for daughters, and work toward social harmony. He paid tribute to Guru Daksh Prajapati for embedding the principles of duty, righteousness, and unity into the social fabric, noting that the Prajapati community has historically contributed to nation-building while preserving traditional craftsmanship. Prajapati Sabha Dharamshala President Pawan Kumar Chaulia welcomed the guests and presented community developmental requests, with key local figures including Chairman Gurnam Saini and BJP Youth Wing District President Sahil Sudha in attendance.
