Chandigarh | Sikh historian Dr. Harjinder Singh Dilgir, who has served as the Director of the Sikh History Research Board of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC), claimed that Akal Takht was not created by any Sikh Guru.
