Shimla/National Times Bureau: Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu accused the Centre of treating Himachal Pradesh unfairly by excluding it from tourism promotion funds. Sukhu criticized the Modi-led government’s “step-motherly” approach, highlighting that Himachal received no share of the Rs 3,296 crore distributed under the Special Assistance to States for Capital Investment scheme. On X, Sukhu posted, “In a federal structure, discriminatory treatment is unacceptable. The people of Himachal will not forgive BJP for this.” He also criticized BJP MPs from Himachal for ignoring the state's interests while celebrating allocations to other states and condemned the Centre's inadequate disaster response.…
