Punjab Governor orders inquiry into government’s ‘Sadak Surakhya Force’ vehicles following Congress’ complaint

National Times Bureau :-  An inquiry has been ordered into the purchase of 144 Toyota Hilux vehicles bought for use by the Sadak Surakhya Force launched by the Punjab government.  Following a letter from the office of Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria, the state’s Home Department has assigned the investigation to the Director General of Police (DGP) of Punjab. The investigation order was issued on October 31, 2025.
