The accident took place along the Umar Hayer–Dagpora Road in Ahmed Nagar when the driver reportedly lost control of the vehicle, causing it to veer off the road and plunge into the water canal. Chandigarh, Amritsar :- The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed a chargesheet against nine police personnel before a district court in Chandigarh in connection with the kidnapping case of prominent dentist Dr. Mohit Dhawan.   The chargesheet reveals that the policemen first kidnapped Dr. Dhawan and later, when the investigation widened, they allegedly lost or destroyed their mobile phones to avoid being caught and to prevent electronic evidence from being recovered.
