Hosted at the CBSE Integrated Office Complex in Dwarka, the meeting coincided with affiliated institutions uploading candidate data for Class 10 and Class 12 board evaluations, while preparatory steps are underway to open registration for Classes 9 and 11.
Senior board officials, including the Controller of Examinations, prioritized data accuracy across student profiles, focusing on demographic particulars, appropriate subject combinations, examination fee slabs, and dedicated accommodations for Children with Special Needs. During an open discussion, administrative authorities answered procedural questions from school heads regarding online portal validations and data verification requirements.
The Board urged school administrations to scrutinize every student record against original admission registers prior to final sign-off, cautioning that late submissions and clerical errors create significant administrative friction and derail examination schedules. With the exercise covering approximately 32,000 affiliated institutions in India and 26 other nations, timely data auditing remains central to organizing the nationwide board assessments.
Over 450 school leaders and educators attended the Dwarka conference in person, alongside thousands who joined the live broadcast via CBSE’s official YouTube channel. Authorities reminded school administrators, candidates, and parents to follow only the official CBSE web portal for authentic notices and forthcoming operational updates regarding the 2027 examinations.
