Chandigarh (Balwinder Singh): Haryana Cabinet Minister Ranbir Gangwa conducted an on-site inspection of the under-construction 200-bed hospital in Sector 9, Fatehabad, on Monday, issuing strict directives to departmental officials to expedite remaining works so the public can access healthcare services without delay. Prior to the site visit, the minister convened a comprehensive review meeting with the Public Health Engineering and Public Works (B&R) departments at the newly constructed PWD rest house on Bhuna Road to assess regional infrastructure projects.
During the administrative review, Gangwa examined ongoing drinking water schemes, sewerage management, and public utility initiatives, stressing that citizen-centric infrastructure must be executed on a priority basis. While reviewing PWD road networks, bridges, and administrative buildings, he instructed engineers to adhere strictly to quality benchmarks and conduct regular field visits to verify structural standards. The minister emphasized that projects slated for the 2026–27 fiscal cycle must be finalized within established deadlines to ensure uninterrupted basic amenities for the local populace.
Accompanied by former MLA Dura Ram, former IG Dalbir Bharti, Superintending Engineer Ajit Singh, and key district administrative officers, Gangwa urged cross-departmental coordination to resolve ground-level bottlenecks swiftly and deliver welfare initiatives effectively.
