Rohtak (Balwinder Singh): Haryana Cabinet Minister Dr. Arvind Sharma on Sunday inspected the ongoing development works at Bhagwan Parshuram Campus-3, being developed by the Gaud Brahmin Vidya Pracharini Sabha near Paharawar village in Sector-26, Rohtak. During the visit, he reviewed the progress of various projects, including the construction of the boundary wall, and directed officials to ensure timely completion of all works while maintaining quality standards.
Addressing a press conference at the campus after the inspection, Dr. Sharma announced that the Haryana Government is expected to provide a matching grant of nearly ₹15 crore to the institution, which will significantly accelerate the proposed development projects within the campus.
Expressing gratitude to Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, Dr. Sharma said the state government had facilitated the allocation of nearly four acres of additional land adjoining the institution’s existing property. He revealed that a grand Bhagwan Parshuram Memorial Complex would soon be constructed on the newly acquired land.
According to the minister, the proposed memorial will serve as a major centre of faith, culture and inspiration for future generations. He said the project is being envisioned as a landmark destination that will attract devotees, visitors and tourists not only from across India but also from abroad.
Highlighting the role of the Gaud Brahmin Vidya Pracharini Sabha, Dr. Sharma said the organization has been making valuable contributions in the fields of education, social awareness and cultural development. He added that the institution’s educational and social initiatives are playing a significant role in the overall progress of society.
The minister assured that the Haryana Government would continue extending all possible support for the expansion and development of the institution in the coming years.
Sharing details of future plans for the campus, Dr. Sharma said several educational institutions will be established within Bhagwan Parshuram Campus-3, including Bhagwan Parshuram Law College, Bhagwan Parshuram Nursing College, Bhagwan Parshuram Public School and an administrative block.
He said these institutions would open new avenues for higher education in the region and provide students with access to quality academic and professional learning opportunities.
Among those present on the occasion were Rohtak Additional Deputy Commissioner and Administrator of Gaud Brahmin Educational Institutions Ashish Vashisth, Principal and Ex-Officio Secretary of Gaud Brahmin Vidya Pracharini Sabha Dr. Jaipal Sharma, BJP District President Advocate Ranveer Dhaka, Advocate Azad Atri, Suresh Kaushik, Rajkumar Dimana, Dharamveer Sharma, Shri Bhagwan Kaushik Bohar, Councillor Praveen Kaushik and several other dignitaries, social leaders and community representatives.
