Schemes such as Ayushman Bharat and Chirayu Haryana, along with the modernization of government hospitals, have significantly benefited the poor and middle-class population. Healthcare infrastructure has been strengthened from primary health centres to district hospitals and medical colleges, ensuring better health security through modern equipment, specialist doctors, free medicines, and diagnostic facilities.
The Sports Minister was addressing a gathering after inaugurating a government dispensary at the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) camp premises in Palwal district.
Gaurav Gautam informed that the newly inaugurated dispensary will provide essential healthcare services, including regular OPD facilities, primary treatment, availability of medicines, and immunization services. He added that qualified medical staff has been deployed at the dispensary to ensure timely and proper treatment for patients.
He further said that the government’s top priority is to make healthcare services accessible, affordable, and of good quality for the common people. With the commencement of this dispensary, elderly citizens, women, and children of the area will particularly benefit, as they will no longer need to travel long distances for minor health issues. Expressing hope, he said the dispensary would play an important role in improving the overall health of local residents and that additional facilities would be expanded here in the future.
