National Times Bureau :- The Adi Valmiki Ambedkar Organization has strongly objected to the trailer of Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar’s upcoming film “Maha Valmiki.” The organization submitted a memorandum to the Commissioner, demanding that the trailer be removed from YouTube and the film banned.
Sumit Kali, a leader of the organization, said that the trailer portrays Bhagwan Valmiki in a distorted manner, which has deeply hurt the sentiments of the Valmiki community. He further demanded that the community be given representation in the Censor Board to prevent such incidents in the future. The leaders warned that if no action is taken, they will intensify their protest.
