Specific measures will target farmers affected by damaged or inoperative bore pumps, including refurbishment and solar-powered irrigation support under the Per Drop More Crop initiative. Water conservation efforts will include repairing and constructing water harvesting structures through the Jal Sanchay Jan Bhagidari Program, aimed at improving long-term groundwater availability.

PM Modi announced ex-gratia payments of Rs 2 lakh for the families of the deceased and Rs 50,000 for the seriously injured. Additionally, children orphaned due to floods and landslides will receive long-term support under the PM CARES for Children scheme.
