Chandigarh (Gurpreet Singh): The Aam Aadmi Party National Convenor, Arvind Kejriwal, has announced that the Punjab government will transfer the financial honorarium under the Mawan Dhiyan Satkar Yojna directly into the bank accounts of more than 50 lakh newly registered women on August 1. Speaking at a large public gathering in Mukerian, Kejriwal assured beneficiaries that anyone who registered late would receive the cumulative payments for the months of July, August, and September. Under this ongoing welfare initiative, general category women receive 1,000 rupees per month, while beneficiaries from Dalit communities receive an enhanced amount of 1,500 rupees per month.…
