Chandigarh (Balwinder Singh): Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has directed officials to resolve complaints received at Samadhan Shivirs on priority, calling the programme a flagship initiative of the state government. At a review meeting in Chandigarh on Friday, October 9, Saini said 92,848 complaints were received through Samadhan Shivirs over the past year, of which 55,365 had been resolved. He asked officials to use technology to improve grievance redressal and ensure that complaints do not remain pending unnecessarily.
