Chandigarh (Balwinder Singh): Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini inaugurated the Regional Centre for Skill Development (RCSD) at Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology (DCRUST) in Murthal, Sonipat.
