Chandigarh, December 3 — Haryana took a significant step toward strengthening quality standards across public construction and agricultural markets with the signing of two major Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) in the presence of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini at the Haryana Civil Secretariat on Wednesday.
