Chandigarh (Gurpreet Singh): Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann on Tuesday called for a stronger financial framework for urban and rural local bodies, stressing the need for a disciplined state fiscal path and durable fiscal institutions to ensure financial sustainability and effective grassroots governance.
