New Delhi (Rajeev Sharma): The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has intensified its crackdown on alleged extremist activities by filing a chargesheet against 11 individuals accused of being part of a terror conspiracy linked to Iman Mahmudur Kafia (IMK), a faction associated with the banned Jama'atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB). The chargesheet has been submitted before the NIA Special Court in Guwahati under provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
