Sri Vijaya Puram (Gurpreet Singh): The Andaman and Nicobar administration achieved a historic milestone on Saturday by setting a new Guinness World Record for the largest underwater national flag. The massive Tricolour, which measures approximately 60 by 40 metres, was unfurled at the renowned Radhanagar beach on Swaraj Dweep, also known as Havelock Island.
