Chandigarh (Balwinder SIngh) — The Haryana government has accelerated preparations for the procurement of Kharif pulses and oilseed crops, announcing that moong procurement will commence across 38 designated mandis on October 1. The state has set the Minimum Support Price (MSP) for moong at ₹8,780 per quintal, while sesame (til) has been fixed at ₹10,346 per quintal. Chandigarh (Balwinder Singh): Haryana Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Shyam Singh Rana has directed all Agricultural Development Officers to ensure the proper distribution of chemical fertilisers for the upcoming Kharif season so that farmers across the state do not face any shortage.
