The statements apply to state government employees and All India Services (IAS) officers belonging to the Haryana cadre. Subscribers can access their financial records through the official website of the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Haryana, or directly via the DigiLocker platform. Haryana Government Approves Promotion of 27 HCS Officers to IAS Rank

Chandigarh, February 27, 2025 – The Haryana government has approved the promotion of 27 Haryana Civil Services (HCS) officers to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS). This decision was taken by a committee chaired by Chief Minister Nayab Saini and includes officers from the 2002 to 2004 batches.
