Haryana Government Approves Promotion of 27 HCS Officers to IAS Rank

Chandigarh, February 27, 2025 – The Haryana government has approved the promotion of 27 Haryana Civil Services (HCS) officers to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS). This decision was taken by a committee chaired by Chief Minister Nayab Saini and includes officers from the 2002 to 2004 batches. The final approval for these promotions will now rest with the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), to which the state government will send the necessary files.
