Chandigarh (Balwinder Singh): The Haryana State AIDS Control Society (HSACS) has invited applications from registered non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and community-based organisations (CBOs) to help provide care and support services for people living with HIV in the state. The initiative is being implemented under the National AIDS and STD Control Programme (NACP), overseen by the National AIDS Control Organisation (NACO) under the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
