Chandigarh, December 3 — Haryana took a significant step toward strengthening quality standards across public construction and agricultural markets with the signing of two major Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) in the presence of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini at the Haryana Civil Secretariat on Wednesday. The agreements were finalized between the Haryana Quality Assurance Authority (QAA), the Quality Council of India (QCI), Delhi, and the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL).The MoUs were signed by Rajiv Arora, Chairperson of QAA Haryana, and Chakravarti T.
