Panchkula (Balwinder Singh): Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Thursday paid tribute to the fifth Sikh Guru, Guru Arjan Dev Ji, on his 420th martyrdom day, describing his sacrifice as an eternal symbol of truth, faith, humanity and spiritual strength.
