The global recognition celebrates Haryana’s innovative "Space to Citizen Service" framework, an integrated geo-enabled system designed to assist farmers, track crop health, and streamline environmental resources across the state. Operating under the Citizen Resources Information Department, HARSAC developed the platform to provide real-time spatial analytics for over 1.5 million farmers across 10 million distinct agricultural plots each cropping season.
