Fatehgarh Sahib (Gurpreet Singh): A pilgrimage to Gangotri ended in tragedy for a group of four Kanwariyas from Kotkapura after they were allegedly struck by a speeding car on the Sirhind–Mandi Gobindgarh highway in Fatehgarh Sahib district. Three of the pilgrims died in the crash, while the fourth sustained serious injuries and is undergoing treatment at a hospital. The victims were reportedly on their way back to Faridkot after collecting Gangajal from Gangotri for their religious journey.
