Chandigarh, January 8 — In a major boost for beekeepers, the Haryana government has brought honey under the Bhavantar Bharpai Yojana by fixing a protected price to ensure income security against market fluctuations.Sharing details of the decision, Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Minister Shyam Singh Rana said the move reflects the state government’s farmer-friendly approach and its commitment to promoting allied agricultural activities.
