Chandigarh (Balwinder Singh): Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini declared on Sunday that if the Bharatiya Janata Party is elected to power in Punjab, it will take strict measures to expel drug traffickers from the state and rehabilitate youths trapped in addiction.
