Chandigarh (Naval Kishore): The Special Voter Registration Camps being organised across U.T. Chandigarh from October 7 to 11, 2026, have received around 3,100 Form 6 applications during the first four days for enrolment of eligible citizens in the electoral roll.
October 11 will be the last day of the special camps. Eligible citizens, particularly left-out, young and first-time voters, are encouraged to visit their respective polling stations between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM to apply for voter registration and access other electoral services.
The Final Photo Electoral Roll-2026 for the 01-Chandigarh Parliamentary Constituency was published on September 22, 2026, following the completion of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR).
As part of the ongoing enrolment drive, Booth Level Officers (BLOs) are displaying lists of Absent, Shifted, Dead and Duplicate (ASDD) electors at their respective polling stations for public verification. Citizens are encouraged to check these lists and bring any discrepancies to the notice of the concerned BLO.
Voter enrolment is an ongoing process. Any eligible citizen whose name is not included in the electoral roll can apply for enrolment by submitting Form 6, even after the special camps conclude.
Citizens may contact their concerned BLO for assistance or call the Voter Helpline at 1950 for voter-related information.
